Dead or Alive 5
In pre-alpha stage at the moment, coming 2012 sometime.
The below trailer shows Ryu Hayabusa and Hayate doing battle on top of an under-construction skyscraper, which is eventually destroyed by a stray beam swinging from a crane. New environmental interaction features were showcased (such as Hayabusa bouncing off an exploding generator and being knocked from the collapsing building in mid-fight, hanging off the edge right before the trailer cuts to black) and new gameplay mechanics (Hayate displays what appears to be some form of super attack).
