Rise of Nightmares

While on vacation in Romania, Josh and his wife, Kate are on a train with several other tourists. During the train ride, Kate discovers Josh was hiding a bottle of alcohol, hinting that he had a previous drinking problem. Angry, she walks out and heads to the dining car. Feeling guilty, Josh heads the the dining car to apologize, but finds the car covered in blood. bursting into the car, he find his wife being carried out by a large man with a odd looking mechanism on his face. Josh follows and catches a glimpse of a strange man who is laughing manically. All of the sudden the train derails and the surviving passengers end up in a cave.

One of the survivors walks away from the cave into the forest and is killed by something off screen. Panicking, the survivors run deeper in the cave until they fall out the other side into a swamp. While making their way out one of them is pulled under and killed, causing the survivors to panic. After escaping the swamp and walking through the forest, they come upon a cemetery where they meet up with another group of survivors. One wanders off into a cellar and is heard screaming. Jack run to help and finds her panicking saying she saw a body move. Josh investigates and the body begins to move - it's a zombie. The girl runs away and Josh fends them off before pursuing her. Josh exits the cellar and finds that all the survivors have run off due to the zombies. As Josh makes his way through the cemetery, he hears a scream and watches as one of the survivors is decapitated and then thrown at a wall. The attacker turns out to be the same man who kidnapped Josh's wife. The man then subdues Josh, who loses consciousness.

Josh awakens to find that he has been tied to a chair by Victor, the man who apparently is responsible for the zombie infestation. Another survivor is tied up as well, but is soon killed by Victor by chopping off one of his hands and burying a hatchet in the back of his skull. As he is about to kill Josh, he answers a phone and subsequently leaves,leaving a zombie nurse to kill Josh. As the zombie is about to kill Josh, a survivor decapitates it from behind. Josh is freed and they to attempt to find their way out. As they wander through the mansion they come across a man screaming for help. Once they get to the man, he is suddenly electrocuted. The survivor comments that someone might want someone to see the death. The two make their way though a hall when the survivor inspects a bloodstain, when he is bisected by a large guillotine. Josh fights his way through a horde of zombies, he comes across a ringing phone,Jack answers and hears Kate begging him to help. A woman's voice tells Josh that he will never find her. Josh disagrees with the woman and continues on.
